provision shall be deemed superseded by a valid enforceable provision that most
closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remaining provisions
shall be enforced. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by any user

New York without regard to conflict of laws principles. All claims arising

York, New York. This Terms of Use which includes our Privacy Policy and the
Linking Agreement, wherever applicable, constitutes the entire agreement between
The Foundation for Post Conflict Development and you with respect to the subject
matter hereto.
Public Inspection of Legal and Financial Documents
Copies of FPCD’s annual federal tax returns (Form 990’s), 501(c)3 tax-exempt application,
IRS tax exemption determination letter or annual reports of The Foundation for Post
Conflict Development are available without additional charge, other than reasonable
fees for copying and postage, by writing to The Foundation for Post Conflict Development,

registration and annual report may be obtained from the Office of the Attorney General,
Department of Law, Charities Bureau by calling (212) 416-8000 within the state,
