Welcome to the Foundation for Post Conflict Development Web Site ( the “Site”).  Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of our Site.  Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms (the “Terms of Use”).
These Terms of Use May Change
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Use at any time.  The amended Terms of Use shall automatically be effective five (5) days after they are posted on the Site.  Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any posted change constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms of Use as modified by the posted changes.  For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms of Use whenever you use our Site.  The last date these Terms of Use were revised is set forth below.

Unless otherwise specified and except to the extent our information and services are offered in the United States through this Site, this Site and the contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting our services available in the United States.  This Site is controlled and operated by us from our office in New York, New York.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed superseded by a valid enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.  Our failure to act with respect to a breach by any user does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.  The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.  The section headings and subheadings contained in this Terms of Use are included for convenience only, and shall not limit or otherwise affect the terms of this Terms of Use.  This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of laws principles.  All claims arising from this Agreement must be filed in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.  This Terms of Use which includes our Privacy Policy and the Linking Agreement, wherever applicable, constitutes the entire agreement between The Foundation for Post Conflict Development and you with respect to the subject matter hereto.
Public Inspection of Legal and Financial Documents
Copies of FPCD’s annual federal tax returns (Form 990’s), 501(c)3 tax-exempt application, IRS tax exemption determination letter or annual reports of The Foundation for Post Conflict Development are available without additional charge, other than reasonable fees for copying and postage, by writing to The Foundation for Post Conflict Development, 1 River Place, Suite 2714, New York, NY 10036 (212) 643-5467. A copy of the official registration and annual report may be obtained from the Office of the Attorney General, Department of Law, Charities Bureau by calling (212) 416-8000 within the state, or visiting their website at www.oag.ny.us.  Our New York registration number is: 21-33-70.
