Prime Minister Xanana Gusmão, the leader of the independence movement of his country,
became the first democratically elected Head of State of Timor-Leste in May 2002.

Dr. Rosandich is a major figure in sport around the world as a coach and an educator.

Ms. Gitis is a talented musician who, amongst many recordings, created a CD in honour

Residing in India, the addition of Mr. Das enlarges the reach of the Foundation
for Post Conflict Development's work. Mr. Das has made substantial contributions
towards research and insights in matters of addressing to the menace of
Organised Crime viz. Drug Trafficking , Terrorist Financing, Money Laundering
and insights on Financial Investigations and his articles published by various
international journals and magazines and association with Enforcement
Associations worldwide . He had served in State Council on Prohibition & Anti
Drugs as CEO . Mr. Das analyses on Foreign Policy Matters and International
Relations . Sports remain his favorite and emphasizes on International Relations
and Development through Sports and is a Sports Goodwill Ambassador worldwide and
is currently implementing international standard sport programs in Government

Dr Hinrich Kaiser has been involved in international education and environmental research since the early 1980s. He places high value on education in biology within a cultural context, since such knowledge will lead to decisions that are right for both people and their environment.
After educational stops in Germany, Canada, the Philippines, and the United States for studies and teaching, and after travels in well over 100 nations, Dr Hinrich Kaiser currently works as a biology professor at Victor Valley College in Victorville, California, USA. His research has included work on amphibians and reptiles on four continents, and he has just begun an intensive survey of these animals in Timor-Leste.
His expertise also extends to environmental issues, including the sustainable use and development of natural resources. He hopes to serve the people of Timor-Leste by helping establish a comprehensive teaching and training program in these areas. |
