The Foundation for Post Conflict Development was formally incorporated in New York on April 25,
2005 as a not-for-profit organization that seeks to offer assistance to countries emerging from
conflict situations.

The Board of Directors is in the process of formulating a 3 year Strategic Plan that will secure
the future of the Foundation.
