A MOMENT OF SILENCE FOR THE HAITI EARTHQUAKE

"One month ago today, a devastating earthquake hit Haiti taking the lives of thousands of Haitians and nearly 100 of our UN friends and colleagues, the biggest single loss of life in the history of UN Peacekeeping. As we mark this solemn anniversary, we pay tribute to the memory of our fallen friends and colleagues, honour their sacrifice and reaffirm our commitment to legacy in serving - as they did - the highest principles of the Organization through our daily work and our dedicated and continued support to the Haitian people."

The FPCD family stands united with the Haitian people and UN Family.
